We are advocates for our customers. On a daily basis, we make decisions that consider the total business equation. Our operations philosophy of reliability, responsibility and proven results is at the core of every activity we perform. Mikes Loading Service builds personal relationships with our carriers that function more as partnerships.

Our carriers are committed and agree to the following MLS standards:

  • Communicate via daily check in calls to verify location, condition of load, estimated delivery time and final notification of delivery.
  • Ensure proper safety and security of cargo, including bracing
  • Abide by all Government rules regulations and laws
  • Maintain carrier equipment according to satisfactory performance and industry standard
  • Request cash advances only after being loaded with a MLS load
  • Follow MLS broker instructions regarding dispatch, route, temperature settings and appointment times
  • Submit original bills of lading and documentation within 5 business days after delivery
  • Notify MLS immediately of any claim or potential claim, overage, shortage or damage
  • Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with MLS employees, partners and customers
